Irizar e-mobility presents its new buses in Gijón

Gijón City Council and the Empresa Municipal de Transportes Urbanos de Gijón  (EMTUSA) have presented this morning four new 12-metre-long, 100% electric Irizar ie buses. These buses will operate on line 10 (Pumarin-Hospital de Cabueñes route).

The vehicles are completely accessible. They have a double ramp, two spaces reserved for wheelchairs or prams, and preferential seats for people with reduced mobility. In terms of safety and security, they incorporate the GSR2 ADAS standard that, additionally, includes cybersecurity measures to ensure the protection of the vehicle.
